Preparing for Your Visit
When you call to schedule, our front desk coordinator Cat collects your information and sends paperwork to your phone or email. Completing it online beforehand makes check-in easy.
Dress comfortably. If you have previous imaging (X-rays, MRI, etc.), bring it or send it ahead for our chiropractor, Dr. Ashley Vogt, to review.
What to Expect During Your First Appointment
Your appointment is scheduled for 45 minutes to allow time for questions and assessment. Cat greets you and provides a consent form and outcome tool to show how your condition affects life. You’ll then meet privately with Dr. Vogt for a detailed discussion about your health history and concerns.
For chiropractic, acupuncture, or spinal decompression appointments:
She will perform a thorough exam to pinpoint the cause of your discomfort and explain your diagnosis and recommended care plan. In most cases, treatment begins that first visit, so you don’t leave without relief.
For regenerative medicine consultations:
The consultation focuses on your goals and whether injections are appropriate. Our practice usually requires an MRI beforehand. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a care plan and financial outline. Regenerative injections are typically scheduled Mondays or Thursdays, often within the same week.
Scheduling and Financial Transparency
We are a cash practice, with pricing provided upfront. For auto accident cases, we work on a lien basis with your attorney. Same-week appointments are available, and if imaging is needed, we refer you to trusted facilities.
